Cut that belly:
Mix half a jar of Vicks with a tablespoon of alcohol, baking soda and crushed camphor.
Put it on your stomach, cover it with plastic wrap before working out, then rinse it. Similar to some commercial creams, this can be done two to three times a week to help tone.
Before using a new Vicks product, always do a patch test to make sure your skin will enjoy it as much as you do!
