The flight attendant explained to the woman that the seat by the window was taken and asked them to go to theirs, as indicated on the tickets they had bought. She was still trying to argue for a while, her eyes darting around as if looking for an ally in the crowd, but then another flight attendant came up and also asked the mother and child to go to their seats.
