Back in seventh grade, I made a friend who was in two of my classes. One day during lunch, I was talking to him, and then I looked around the cafeteria and saw him sitting at another table. I was like, “What the heck?” and then I turned around and saw him sitting at my table. For a moment, I genuinely thought I was losing it.
It turned out he had a twin, so I actually had one class with him and another with his brother. I didn’t find out for about two weeks. Every interaction before that suddenly made much more sense in hindsight.
