### Chocolate Ganache Roll Cake Recipe
#### Ingredients:
**For the Sponge Cake:**
– 4 large eggs
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– A pinch of salt
– 1/4 cup warm water
**For the Chocolate Ganache:**
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 8 oz semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
– 2 tbsp unsalted butter (optional, for added shine and smoothness)
