My Neighbors Treated My Fence Like It Was Theirs Until I Finally Put a Stop to It

it was genuinely better looking than before. Cleaner. More finished. Like the fence had always been missing this piece and had finally received it. Anyone looking at it from either side would see a well-maintained fence that had been properly capped to handle weather.
