For the dough
80 g sugar
1 egg
100 g margarine
200 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
for the topping
2 eggs
120 g sugar
1 pack of vanilla pudding powder
2 cups of sour cream
½ cup of oil
2 small cans of mandarins
1 pack of cake glaze, clear
500 g quark

This is how it works, simply make a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients and put it in the fridge for about 50 minutes. 2. Then, for the topping, mix the quark, eggs and sugar by hand in the mixing bowl.
