### Raspberry Lemon Rolls – A Bright and Sweet Delight

#### Ingredients
*Makes 12 rolls*
**For the Dough:**
– **3/4 cup** warm milk (about 110°F)
– **1 packet (2 1/4 tsp)** active dry yeast
– **1/4 cup** granulated sugar
– **1/4 cup** unsalted butter, melted
– **1 large egg**
– **3 1/2 cups** all-purpose flour
– **1/2 tsp** salt
**For the Filling:**
– **1 cup** fresh or frozen raspberries (if using frozen, thaw and drain)
– **1/3 cup** granulated sugar
– **1 tbsp** cornstarch
– **Zest of 1 lemon**
**For the Glaze:**
– **1 cup** powdered sugar
– **2-3 tbsp** fresh lemon juice
– **1/2 tsp** lemon zest
