**Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls Recipe**
**Ingredients:**
For the Dough:
– 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
– 1 cup warm milk (about 110°F)
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 2 large eggs
– 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (plus more for rolling)
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Blueberry Cheesecake Filling:
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed if using frozen)
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch (to thicken the blueberry filling)
For the Glaze:
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 2-3 tablespoons milk
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
